You can place an order with Dial-a-Meal™, in any one of the following modes:

2. Online - just login to www.dialameal.in and place your order and have the option of paying online (vide a secured Online Payment mode OR using the Dial-a-Meal Prepaid Account mode)
3. Use our mobile application - DOWNLOAD now (www.bit.ly/dam-app) on an Android v-X.X or higher.

YES... if you are looking at using the website to place orders.
But, we also accept phone orders. When you have decided what you want to order, you can call us and place the order, or alternately while taking delivery details our staff can register you in our database with minimal details. This helps us easily process your next order.

You can use any ONE of the following Payment Modes, using Dial-a-Meal™...

1. Cash on Delivery.
2. Online Payment - using Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking.
3. Dial-a-Meal Prepaid Account.
4. Card on Delivery.

You can 'Fill-up' a particular amount - NO minimum amount required... but, we recommend a minimum amount of INR. 500/- and incremental slabs of INR. 500/-.
This Account 'Fill-up' (initially) or Top-up (subsequently) can be done by CASH, ONLINE PAYMENT or CARD.
This option allows you the flexibility to order when you are on the move or to GIFT a Meal or to Order for someone else (family or friends), while you are on the move.

Yes, of course!
However each restaurant order will be treated as a different order. So the delivery charges may be applicable for each order.

Dial-a-Meal™ charges you only the BILL VALUE - as raised by the Restaurant - and in most cases, DOES NOT charge any delivery charges.

Each restaurant gives us a small percentage of the order amount. But for small orders we cannot afford to deliver within the commission we receive. Instead of declining such orders, we give you the option of delivering it to you, if you are prepared to pay the delivery charges.

We make every effort to keep the prices updated and accurate. Prices listed on this website are however approximate and subject to changes by the Restaurant and Taxes.
The final price is as per the ACTUAL BILL raised by the Restaurant and presented to you, at the time of the delivery.

Sorry, as a practice we do not give discounts as we work on very slim margins, already.
But, we could check with the Restaurant - and IF they offer any special discount, we'd be happy to pass it on to you!

Not usually. But if the order is large and you give us advance notice (more than 2 hours), we could arrange it for you - but, this is at the sole discretion of Dial-a-Meal™, based on prior commitments, etc.

In case of Forgotten Password - we will set this right, almost immediately:
1. Click LOGIN on the top right of the site page to access the login screen.
2. Click Forgot Password? link available on the bottom of the login screen.
3. Enter your mobile number in the displayed field.
4. We will send you a new password to your registered e-mail ID.
5. IF you DO NOT have an email ID registered with us - just call us (902 802 8888), and we will register your email ID, immediately.
6. You can use the Password, provided in the email, to login.
7. Remember to reset your password, instantly.
